I born at the remote area of Gujarat Village PAMOL Small Village. No train or High School available. High School was 9 km away. No Transportation available there. I have to walk 9 km to go to school. I passed old SSC in March 1971. Pre-science in St. Xavier's College, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad then admitted in Premedical First Batch in 1972.

I started MBBS in 1973 at B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad and passed MBBS in April-1978. I got admission in P.G. Course - M.S. (General Surgery) in 1981 and passed M.S. (General Surgery) in April-1984.

I started Professional Carrier at Government of Gujarat as CI - I Medical Superintendent at Various Hospitals of state.

I posted at remote area of Rural Health Services where no light or no telephone. I worked for poor and needy patient to serve mankind.

I take Voluntary Retirement in 2004 and started private practice at Chotila in 2004 to 2010. Started Retired Life at Ahmedabad.

I re-entered in Medical Profession at GCRI in 2010 to 2013.

I appointed as a RMO at GCS Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Ahmedabad on 2014 and appointed as Medical Superintendent in April-2017.
